Privacy

Short version: this page counts visits and taps, keeps an email address only when you ask for the free guide, and never sees your card.

What we collect

• Visits and taps. We count page views and link taps by where they came from (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or direct). These are totals. They are not tied to your name or your device.
• The free guide. When you claim the 7-Day Dumbbell Starter you sign in with your email address and a six-digit code. We keep that address so the guide stays in your library and Rae can see who asked for it.
• Orders. When you buy, Stripe collects your email address and payment details. We keep the order itself: what you bought, what you paid, and the first name you typed if you gave one. Your downloads are sent to the email address you gave Stripe.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run advertising trackers on this page. We never see or store your card number.

Who handles it

Payments are processed by Stripe. Email is sent through Spark's email service, which delivers your order link and the free guide. Rae can see orders and the guide's sign-ups in her dashboard.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, email Rae at the email link on her page.
