What you are buying

Everything sold here is an instant digital download: a PDF, a spreadsheet or a link. You get a private order page right after you pay, and we email the same link to you. There is nothing to ship and no subscription.

Your licence

Your purchase is for your own use. Print it, keep it on your phone, train with it. Please don't resell it, share the files, or post the pages publicly. If a friend wants it, send them to this page.

Training safely

These programs are general fitness information for healthy adults, not medical advice. Check with a doctor or physio before you start if you are pregnant, returning from an injury, or have a health condition. Stop a movement that hurts and choose an easier version. You train at your own risk.
